How to Enable Google Calendar Sync

Syncing your bookings with Google Calendar allows you to automatically add new bookings to your Google Calendar. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Navigate to Features: In your dashboard sidebar, locate and click on the tab labeled "Features".
  2. Find Google Calendar Card: Look for the card titled "Google Calendar" on the Features page.
  3. Enable Sync: Click the "Enable" button on the Google Calendar card.
  4. Connect Your Account: Inside the card, click the "Connect" button. This will open a popup window to Google's authentication page.
  5. Grant Permissions: In the Google popup, follow the prompts to allow access to your Google Calendar.
  6. Select Calendar: After successful connection, you'll see a list of your Google Calendars. The primary calendar will be auto-selected, but you can choose a different one if you prefer.

Automatic Syncing: Once set up, any new booking created in your dashboard will automatically be added to the selected Google Calendar.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

If you wish to stop syncing with Google Calendar:

  • Return to the Features tab in your dashboard
  • Find the Google Calendar card
  • Click the "Disconnect" button

Important Notes:

  • Ensure you're signed into the correct Google account before connecting.
  • You can change the selected Google Calendar at any time by revisiting the Features tab.
  • Disconnecting will stop future bookings from being added to your Google Calendar, but won't remove existing events.
